How to Book Your Flight

  1. Visit our booking page: Go to our Booking page on the website.

  2. Select your flight type: Choose from our Standard Group Flight, Private Balloon Ride, or Sunrise Special options.

  3. Pick your preferred date and time: Our balloon rides are available throughout the year, but availability is limited, especially during peak seasons. We highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date.

  4. Enter passenger details: Fill out the required information, including the number of passengers, names, and contact details.

  5. Make a payment: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal for secure online payments. A deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due before the flight.

Booking Terms & Conditions

  • Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your flight, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your flight will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Weather Policy: Balloon flights are weather-dependent. If we need to cancel your flight due to inclement weather (wind, rain, etc.), we will offer you a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule for a later date.

  • Age & Weight Restrictions: For safety reasons, we recommend that all passengers be 6 years or older. The weight limit per person is 250 lbs. If you have any concerns, please contact us prior to booking.

  • Group Discounts: We offer discounted rates for large groups of 10 or more people. Please contact us directly to inquire about group bookings and pricing.
